Use this challenge to improve your mindset, mood and energy. Just 30 days of physical, social and mental exercises. Let's RESET! 💥THE RULES💥 #1 Exercise for minimum 30 mins at least 5x per week at moderate to high intensity. You can use the classes, online videos, your own workout, go for a bike ride, run, swim, play a sport or whatever you want to do but must be on 5 separate days for at least 30 mins at a mod to high intensity. #2 Yoga/pilates/stretch at least once per week for at least 45 mins. You can use classes, online videos, your own routine or YouTube to have a stretch, strength or mobility session. Try to focus on what your body needs the most that week. #3 Daily meditation. Spend 10 mins each day to follow a meditation, breathing techniques or just sit and reflect, trying to quiet or sort the thoughts in your mind. Get the family involved, this is amazing for kids. #4 Drink at least 3L water everyday. We should all aim for at least 2L daily, with the addition of exercise and sweating the extra litre will account for the added loss of hydration. You can drink more but do not exceed 1L per hour. #5 Fuel your body Cut out added sugar, salt, highly processed food and alcohol. Eat whole foods in their most natural form. Follow the meal plans provided for ideas. #6 Turn off the screens after 8pm. This means TV, phones, laptops, tablets, everything. Try to cut social media back to 1 hour per day max.
